Restrictions on hand / cabin luggage: Although we strive to ensure that the products described as hand luggage or cabin luggage meet the current restrictions on airlines, we cannot be responsible for an airline to apply other standards for luggage or for airlines or airports to change their restrictions, especially regarding the use of the scooter built in such Trolley, in any public way.


If any of the products you order is unavailable once already it has been invoiced, FEEWHEELS, S.L. agrees to send the customer the products available and proceed to refund the product out of stock. This does not apply in case of early sales offers and special conditions of preorders or when the customer has been informed and accepted before or after the payment a late delivery date.


FEELWHEELS, S.L. will not be responsible for:

  1. Any damage (including without limitation loss of profits or loss of use) resulting from the use or delay or inability to use this website, its content or any link to another Web page resulting from the contract, tort (including negligence) or other, except in the case of death or personal injury caused by our negligence or willful misconduct.
  2. Any loss that is not reasonably foreseeable by both parties at the time of formalising the buying derived from thesupply of products and the corresponding service or use that you make.
  3. Any loss not caused or directly attributable to FEELWHEELS, S.L.
  4. Any client’s commercial or bussines loss.
  5. The lack of spare parts of the product.
  6. The lack ofproduct support.
  7. In any event any liability deriving from FEELWHEELS, S.L., shall not exceed the price paid by the customer for the product.


FEELWHEELS, S.L., is not liable for accidents of the user or third parties for negligent use of THE convertible Trolley scooter, anywhere and especially at airports, railway stations, buses, malls and generally any kind of the public thoroughfare. Also, FEELWHEELS, S.L. is not responsible for any change of state or municipal regulations that in the future may ban the use of this Trolley Scooter.


If the Customer is not satisfied with the product he/she has purchased, he/she may return the product. No later than fourteen calendar days. In the event that FEELWHEELS, S.L. manages the collection, it will have 14 calendar days from the notification of withdrawal, to refund the amounts paid by the user. If the customer is who manages the return, FEELWHEELS, S.L., can retain the refund until it receives the goods or, if earlier, until the customer proves how he/she has returned the order.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify it by email to the following email address:

The product must be returned in its box or external original packing and well protected to prevent damage during transport. Otherwise, the products will be depreciated and the customer will be notified upon receipt of the return. Additionally you must include all original documentation, as it received at home.

Once FEELWHEELS, S.L. receives the goods and, after checking the status of it, returning the product will be admitted and we will proceed to refund the amount according to the method of payment used by the Customer:

  1. If the payment was made by credit card, we will pay the amount to the same credit card.
  2. If payment is made by bank transfer, we will request an account number where to pay the amount. If payment is made via PayPal, we will pay the amount to the same credit card.
  3. FEELWHEELS, S.L. has the right to reject any product that is not returned in a suitable condition for resale. In this case, the goods will be returned to sender without notice.
  4. If the product has been damaged during transport, the customer may return the products during 7 working days after delivery.
  5. The customer agrees to immediately verify that the product has not been damaged during transport. Otherwise, the customer must note this fact on the delivery note, refuse the shipment and notify it by email to the following email address: or by calling +34 644573351, within 24 hours. In cases of product damage or lack of conformity due to transportation (which are not apparent at the time of delivery), the customer must contact FEELWHEELS, S.L., and initiate the return process within seven business days following to the reception.
  6. The return service is free in Europe. The client must send an email to:, indicating their intention to return the product, who receives an email, responding to instructions to perform for a refund.
  7. Products must be returned properly protected in their original packaging and in perfect condition for resale (not damaged, cracked, scratched or dirty), with all accessories, manuals and documentation included.
  8. Return of the product cannot be made under any circumstances once the product is been used. Especially, the refund won't be admissible if the convertible Trolley scooter has been used in road or abrasive surfaces, or whether any of the wheels are marked or damaged.
  9. Items not containing any element that identifies the sender won’t be admited (order number, refund number,name, surname andaddress). Once the package has been received at FEELWHEELS, S.L. warehouses and we have verified that the returned products are in perfect condition, the refund process will take place. Customer will be informed of this procedure by sending an email. The refund in the bank account or customer Paypal account, used to purchase the order, shall be made no later than seven calendar days from receipt of the product by FEELWHEELS, S.L. If the customer used a credit card, the refund will be made before the end of the relevant month. The value of the refund will be equal to the purchase price of the returned product, less costs of return. In the case of defective products or not corresponding to order made by the client, the return costs borne by FEELWHEELS, S.L. If the client has used a gift voucher or coupon promotion, they will be returned to his/her account.


All products offered by FEELWHEELS, S.L., are guaranteed. In this regard FEELWHEELS, S.L. will repair for free and / or replace with a new product or make the appropriate credit if any of its products were vitiated by a manufacturing defect within 2 years from delivery. In this case all the costs of returning the product and shipping the new product or the same repaired product are borne by FEELWHEELS, S.L.

The customer must inform us by email of the manufacturing defect observed in the product within 2 months since he/she learned about it and that he/she wishes to return it. In the event that the problem of such product is not manufacturing, will be the consumer who pays the additional costs arising from such repayment.
